How do I get my license back?

The answer to this question depends on why your license is suspended.  Sometimes it is as easy as taking care of a ticket or making some regular child support payments.  Other times it may be more complicated and could result in a scenario where there are a several court hearings and a multitude of fines that need to be paid.  A look at your BMV record will give you an indication as to why your license is suspended.  From there an attorney can help you figure out what steps need to be taken to get your driving privileges back.

If you are in a scenario where you currently have a HTV or Lifetime suspension your options will be more limited, but not necessarily impossible.  There are a few different statutes that allow for the possibility of a Conditional Driving Privilege or recission of the lifetime suspension.  In this scenario it is best to review you individual scenario with an attorney to see if you qualify for a specialized driving privilege.
